This test is used quite often to test for executive potential within a company....the interesting part, is that a company executive filled with all ENTJ's is not the desired outcome.......have all like personalities will not give the best or most desirable performance within the board room.....a good mix tends to provide the best leadership, dynamic and innovation potential...... :old:

I worked at place that used these.  I was customer service, then sales, then ran a department.  I tested before each different position and had three different results.  During my last interview the CEO (looking at my file from the last 4 years) laughed and said ENTJ was good for the position but there is a problem.  "You're either good at taking the test and hitting the right personality for the position you want or you have Multiple Personalty Disorder".  I said "We'll take that as a compliment."

I don't think it's really accurate for people like me really..

Their questions are really direct, I sort of possess a little of each type of 'definition'.

INTJ.  No need for test...I know it already.

They have a sliding scale so you don't have to sheer one way or the other, you can 'kind of' agree

A personality is a pre-requisite for the test, so I'm exempt.
"Then out spake brave Horatius, the Captain of the gate:
To every man upon this earth, death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better, than facing fearful odds.
For the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods."

Eh, looked up their definitions for the words they shown at the end and came up with this.

I am perceiving in the fact that something can change, car breaks down and I need to pick someone up (or get picked up). I need an ingredient for food and have to rush to the store before it closes.
I am Judging in the fact that something can change in a moment and still organize it or quickly make or change my plans to this new event before me. I do like it to be somewhat orderly (don't let me desk tell you otherwise).
I am Extroversion in the fact that I am talkative, just not all the time, I have spontaneous moments where I can be the funny guy in the room.
I am Introversion in the fact that I like being by myself "me time", I've seen those who don't get their time to themselves and are stressed and overburdened because they haven't had a break from it all. I think we all possess this trait more or less. Observant yet not pulled back,  interactive with others.
I am Sensing in the fact that I simply learn better hands on than reading a textbook about an action, I'd rather be performing that action!
I am Intuition in the fact that " I'm interested in new things and what might be possible (improved or changed), so that I think more about the future than the past. (" " part from Mysersbriggs.org).
I am Thinking in the fact that I like to analyze pros and cons, and be consistent, but will back off if either my choice won't work or simply doesn't apply.
I am Feeling in the fact that I also weigh other peoples opinions and see it from their perspective and weigh it from my thinking perspective to get a more well-rounded decision or conclusion.

I think this test is good for the bare surface, but not detailed enough for an in-depth analysis of the individual. The above is simply a surface analysis of myself, and this is without going into personal beliefs or real perspective.
If we have something to show we will & do post shots, if we have nothing new to show we don't.

ESTJ
ESTJs often find themselves in occupations that require thorough analysis, practical planning and organizational skills, process control and responsibility. ESTJs make good mid- and high-rank managers and executives. They succeed as military and police workers, politicians, engineers and entrepreneurs. They are found in technology companies among those who deal with practical aspects of technology (e.g. implementation specialists).

I guess a police chief's job was a good one for me, huh,  LOL
