Were you in theater or stateside playing when JUGgler, Grizz and Kappa set up the MA horde fight exactly like you just described?  We all decided what bases away from the fights to start from.  The one I remember was Top Gun vs AOM but there were additional guys on each side.  I wanna say I remember you and Squat1 both being there...I think you guys flew with us.

I've never been in a fight like the one I described, I remember a night with Grizz and Kappa where we took the glitched 163 base

They are more popular because every plane seems to go through a period of popularity. A few months back, I remember seeing P-47s everywhere of all versions. A few times it was mistaken as a 47 raid but most were only M models.
