I'm not no tech geek but I was looking at some graphics cards ranged in my budget price and I wanted to ask some of you guys that are familiar with Graphics cards if this one is a good choice: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 3 GB?

I'd check for you but I'm away from my computer, so no links. Goto to tomshardware.com and click on the graphics card button. They test a wide variety of cards in the same system and compare them listing the best to the worst.

The 2 GB version is listed on this chart:  http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/2014-vga-charts/01-3DMark-FireStrike,3593.html  3 GB won't be much better.

Regardless of what you choose you want to make sure your motherboard supports the memory standard (i.e. GDDR3, GDDR5, etc.) otherwise you won't get the quoted performance and that your power supply is sufficient to power the card (and the rest of your computer) and has the right connectors.

As a point of reference, just picked up a gtx970 for just over $400 - capable of being SLI'd (dont think it'll make much difference). Replacing cross fired 5770's with this, so I'll report back performance after I install it tomorrow.

I don't think any motherboard supports DDR5 memory.  It doesn't have to since the memory is handled by the video card and not the motherboard.
