Quite a few high performance vehicles coming out in 2015.  The new dual electric motor Tesla will be a very high performance 4 door as well, and of course there are others like BMW and MB coming out with some pretty high performance 4 doors.  None will touch the new Dodge SRT in terms of $/performance numbers, but that Telsa will come close IMO.

Chev has their Z06 and new track versions of the Camaro.

Ford has the fantastic new Mustangs and the recently announced new Shelby GT350 and the 350R, as well as the GT500 that was been announced.

Dodge and the SRT team has the above car and numerous others.

All of the Big 3 have a high performance truck coming around as well, Ford has already released info on their new Raptor.

It's a great time to be a gear head, so many great new vehicles, the Ford GT that everyone has talked about here already, plus the new Acura/Honda NSX looks very interesting as well.  Our Nissan GTR is 5 years+ old now, and our Duramax is nearing 4, and both will likely get replaced this spring, it's very tough to decide which with.  The missus really wants the new Alfa 4C for "her" performance car, but it's pretty small IMO, but very nifty none the less.  I'd prefer either one of the new US made cars, either the Mustang/Vette/SRT of some type, but I'm virtually certain that our new truck won't be another diesel, and will be the new Raptor with the Ecoboost boosted motor.

I like the front end styling of the 2015 charger a lot more than prev models.  A lot less faux gangster, looks like they paid a tiny bit of attention to aero effects.  Less of a "hey we have a hemi so to hell with aerodynamics" no-brain brute force approach.

And it still gets an advertised 22 mpg on the highway haha.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

I liked the brutish look. The overengineered aerodynamics of the Mustang spoil the looks of the car to me, making it look like some ricer wannabe, not American muscle.

And damn does it make the police variants look intimidating.

Agree 100% with you and Hajo

That Hellcat would play havoc with my insurance, and the quantity of points on my license.

too bad its a four-door. A two-door version would sell pretty well i think, esp the muscle versions. Wish I still had my 340 cuda... :P

Ive always been a Mustang guy but were I to buy muscle right now I night have to give the nod to this Charger.

First off I Like a "Sleeper". A "Sleeper" is a 4 door sedan with a mountain of muscle under the hood and can blow away sport cars. I had one once in the '70s, a 4 door '66 Caprice with a 396 under the hood, after market Holley and exhaust and other goodies. If you missed the performance flags on the fenders you'd think you were up against a dog.

Were I to buy this car I'd want the sedan. I think its sharp. Cadillac is also building a 4 door rocket ship in 2015. Amazing times for American muscle. :aok

After seeing the Fustang (because let's face it, they just a Pony label on the front end of a Fusion and called it a day) they released in 2015, I'm sticking with my Challenger. Unless I can ever get a first generation.
