The 3 twisty sticks I've used since acquiring CH gear...

Microsoft Precision Pro USB - smoothest response of all three. They can still be found on Ebay.

I just did a 15 year maintenance to mine yesterday. The stick has developed slack to the twisty axel. It's a bit weird since when looking at the build it seems like it's by design. I can see no parts worn out.

I fixed the slack by gluing the wood part from an ice-cream to the side of the slot where the spring goes and my sidewinder is like new again. :D
