Different Times

Is there a way we can do an early morn (US Time zones)

I work midnights and the euros and aussies have weird times and cant make events like this is there anyway we could have a CC for the people like me that cant make the 10PM CST challenges?

I am going to try something to get together for the Euro Time Zone, Just don't have the resources yet.
