Sounds like you have a specific allegation to make. Gather the evidence and email it to HTC.

Pay to win? Hardly. More like "desperate to fly a perk plane, which will get shot down quickly due to lack of the skills to earn it through normal gameplay". And what do you win, exactly? Your name in lights? Whoopty-do.

1) killing shades for perks...not cheating...2) using said shade to disrupt normal game play... cheating..
3) using said shade to track, hunt and grief another ... just plain sad.... <--- also goes with number 1

The rest of us don't bothering paying the $15 to farm perks. Instead we look for the 49th squadron in the air.  :devil

Jokes aside, many people have tried (unsuccessfully) to corner HTC and the best anyone has any gotten was 'Don't be a d***'. Let it go and e-mail HTC the complaint instead.

   if it's an action that makes you wonder if it's cheating before you do it, it's probably cheating.

  If you cant play a the game the way it's meant to be played, why even bother. Nobody cares how high your score is, how many perks you have. how many kills you get.

   Some of the most respected players in this game usually have low scores. but hey are respected because over and over they show their skill and honor. Your reputation cant be gained by gaming the game, and in the end that is all you really have in this game.

Farming perks...do you get vacations and fabulous prizes with these perks?  If not, who cares about perks.  That's not a question.

You are showing all the classic signs of a player who has forgotten this is a game and believes that this is deadly serious.

My suggestion is to step away from the keyboard for a while and regain your perspective.   Your worrying about the possibility that someone might be cheating is just as sad and pathetic as any player that took the game so serious they felt the need to cheat.
