Why not just permanently change it to 5 minute down time, until numbers improve?
My Guess is that the true key to HQ Dar is in protecting either or both the HQ and City. No matter what the message says, it was just misleading to those of use that thought ,OK, HTC is doing something about the radar issue. For even if the HQ is limited to 5 min. down time, if they pound the daylights out of the city , your screwed for a much longer period. As per :

Again, its still connected to the city, city down = HQ down longer. Its always 40 min shorter that is was before but can still be a long time.
As for the customer unfriendly statement from Skuzzy:
I think we are paying attention just fine. That message was taken down earlier today. Even after I took it down I still set the HQ down time to 5 minutes.
I just verified it is still set to 5 minutes. Has been all day.
Most of us saw that message and wrongfully assumed that when it said ” HQ down time to 5 minutes”.
We took that message as it read, much to our collective bad.
Knights, what can I say? You got to stop all the furrballing long enough to defend the city and HQ or you will be spending even less time in the arenas than you know do. The Bish and Rooks know that if they manage to take down the city and HQ half your members log and the rest refuse to resupply or do anything collectively to improve their odds. Can’t you furball over the city and HQ?
I just question the thinking of HTC, who limited many aspects of the game over the years. It’s no longer possible to limit a field to 25 % of fuel because that limited a players ability to “FIGHT” and the game was all about air combat. Well OK now, a sides Radar and DarBar are all about the ability to “FIGHT” and the game is/was all about air combat, right?
