Wind speed graphic

For at least a couple of us, the wind graphic is a little close to the top right corner of the clipboard. Top and right side characters clipped. Didn't find an adjustment to fix it.

If needed, I can provide my settings and card info.

When presenting an issue with the alpha that you also observe is your hardware, yes an attatched DXdiag report will help things along.
