Go big or go home eh?

Notice that a full broadside shot moved the 52,000 TON ship to the port side around 10-20 feet.  :eek:

Is this thing gonna be perked, or is Hitech just setting them loose in the AH3 MA?

Mission tonight like every other night. Find the battleships and carpet bomb them with 6 boxes of lancs. 8inch batteries are simply gonna bounce off that monster. Will torpedo's have any effect?

I Christen this monster USS "Waffle's Revenge".

It will specifically target certain unnamed players that like to bomb everything with a phalanx

Dear Waffle the Town/airfield builder.... we of the AVA love your work, well even those not of the AVA love your work. do not fret!! instead, I suggest you finish the Battle ship and then make a even better town/airfield, so that no one notices the battleship.

in the future I will refer to you as Waffle the Town/Airfield/Battleship Builder..... or Waffle the TABB!!!

<Image removed>

Those are 16" guns, not cannons.  Scary thing is those battleships were pretty much defenseless targets when I wore a uniform; needed all kinds of support to be survivable in a hot environment.  Intimidating maybe, but not much behind it for the manpower they needed to operate.

I just have to assume these are going to be in addition to our 80' PT boat.  Something else to use VPerks on, perhaps.  Lemme see...PT boat or 58,000 ton marauding monster?  Can you imagine spawn-camping battleships?  So much potential here...

Yeah - texture mapping is wrapped, need to finish up a few minor things, which I can steal from the cv - Radars, ect...then start working on normal maps / textures.  :t

Incredible how fast you got so much of it done. It already looks fantastic even without the textures.

So Waffle - is this going to be player controllable? Kind of like a single ship? With a bridge, helm controls, and then guns your squadmates could fill?   :x
