I gave in, I'm becoming a merc.
« on: September 25, 2015, 11:21:17 PM »
I've accepted a job with a private security contractor called Tier1 Tactical Solutions.  It just so happens, my childhood friend is the CEO, so I've been being actively recruited lately.  I wanted to sign on, but needed to talk to my four daughters first, ages 20 to 4.  So as of tonight, it's a done deal.  I told them I'm in.  The guys I'll be working with are outstanding and very welcoming.  They are mostly ex-marines, but I won't hold that against em.  I'm hoping that if I bust my butt, and sign up for all the more dangerous assignments, I'll be able to move up the ranks within the company, and eventually lead my own deployment team.  Here are some of the "jobs" that I will be taking part in:

 VIP/ Executive Protection

Civilian Protection Details

Coroporate Security

Governmant Security (International)

Supply and Convoy Escorts

Anti-Piracy Protection

Private Property Security

Pipeline Security

Construction Security

GSA/Federal Security Contracts

Foreign and Domestic Government Contracts

Airline Security Contracts

International Government Facility Contracts

Civilian Weapons Training

International Military Training

Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Tactical Firearms Training

Active Shooter Classes - Gov. Corp. or Civilian

Armored Car Escorts

Hand to Hand Personal Protection Training

Risk and Security Management Assessments

Motorcade Escorts and Protection

Event Security

Good luck Ranger.
... missions were to be met by the commitment of alerted swarms of fighters, composed of Me 109's and Fw 190's, that were strategically based to protect industrial installations. The inferior capabilities of these fighters against the Mosquitoes made this a hopeless and uneconomical effort. 1.JD KTB

Sounds interesting.  If it's not confidential, let us know how things go, and best of luck.

In 66 and 7, they fought the Congo War.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

I'm sorry, Ranger, but you forgot that you needed my permission, too.  Tell those people you'll be happy to work for them, but you have to stay inside the borders of the US.

You've done your bit, and you do have four daughters.
