In-game, the dot command is .report [name of offender]. It goes to the proper place.
In your case unnecessary, but film it, too.

For VOX abuse, use
.vreport playername.
If you feel the VOX is really not appropriate, then feel free to send us a film (support@hitechcreations.com). We need the film as it is the only source of VOX we have. In the case of VOX abuse, we cannot act without the film.

Use the
.report playername to report inappropriate text.
If you feel the text is really over the top, just send an email to support@hitechcreations.com (no screenshots needed) with the approximate time of your report and the player name you reported.
