Base is under attack

   Would be nice to be able to choose one base with a dot command to hear: "Base is under attack".   This would be helpful for those times when a base is deacked for a long time and you would rather not watch it closely.  At least you could be doing something a little more interesting and be alerted that something is going on at that base instead of constantly watching for it to blink.

Yes. Any time a alarm is being newly triggered on any friendly base on the map, you will hear this clip.
