That thing is sweet!

Get a vintage altimeter to put over one gas cap. And a climb indicator or g-meter for the other.

I'm no fan of the handlebars, (I like them low and wide, personally), but otherwise that's GORGEOUS!!!

I rode a Fat Bob for a few years back in the late 2000s - That is fantastic work Weps, truly pro quality IMO, and I really dig the whole motif.  That would turn a lot of heads around here, hands down.  Which pipes are those you put on your bike?

I dig the bars, they aren't my pref for riding a long ways, I've always liked slightly raised drag bars, but these ones you've got fit the look really well, and for be bopping around town would be great.

Nice job.

Nice bike Elvis,I like the pipe wraps and intake setup but the bars arent my cup of tea,I like a wide flat bar with a slight curve back!

Also the seat.......  I would have used an old cop single seat on that ride!

I have been toying with the idea of building a bobber but I see so many HD bobbers I want something different. Been looking for a bigbore single or an old airhead beemer to use but all the ones I find are either too nice to change or are too much $$$$.

Oh just noticed the rivets, very nice! :aok

Have you considered a springer front??  would make it look old school in IHO!!

I had similar length Crack Pipes on my NightTrain - Weps you should put up some vids on a nice day if you have a decent camera/phone, I'd love to hear those and see how the bike looks on vid.  That's a great looking bike and a well executed idea.

Really appreciate that Gman (as well as all of the compliments). The nice day part is getting rare around here, still digging out of the latest snow storm.

Morfiend,
I do have a springer, "old cop" style seat in my garage that I'm eventually going to try out (maybe when the snow clears a little) but, like Skuzzy, I kinda like the old / new blend. Not really goin for the all out WWII look. Shamus wants me to get a side car with MG42 for the wife.

Nice,I would like to see it with the cop seat, exactly what I pictured!

Oh and I agree with Shamus!!! :devil  My wife saw one of those Urals with the side car and she said that's about the only way I could get her back on a bike.... :rofl

Long story but I scared her one day on the back of an old bike of mine,I told her the only reason it stood up on the back wheel was cuz she was..... well extra weight.... :noid

She actually got a license to ride her own because she would never get on the back with me again! :rofl :rofl :rofl

  Elvis,it's a sweet ride,dont mind my critic,I'm just jealous....
