Maximal visibility at all altitudes

I'm working on terrain related stuff and I need to know
  How to configure maximal visibility at all altitudes
to be able to observe the territory well

I think Hitech was answering in a different thread.

Options/Arena Setup/Environment/Arena Settings/ the Range Tab / change FogLoFarMiles from 6.0 to 506.0

IF you are speaking of in game the settings are under Range, Hi & lo fog ranges set to 19 for start and 20 miles for end.
