Not Sure if Tracers are still a problem.

My monitor is a 24 inch TV\Monitor by Samsung. I'm connected with a DTC to HDMI on the monitor. So NVIDIA sees my monitor as a digital TV. In the Nvidia control panel under "change resolution" is a setting "Output Dynamic Range". In my control panel the default is 8bpc for color output. For TV's the output dynamic range gets set to limited (16-235). With that setting I have not always been able to see tracers consistently. For PC monitors it's set to full (0-255), which I manually set it to today. I'm now seeing bright tracers from everything I shoot.

The description for full is: 0-255 may allow more detail in the dark and white areas of some content.

I'm also getting a more vibrant range of color I've never seen before in general with my PC. The beta looks realllyyy good now.

This is like the old joke that voters are harsher to their beer brewer if he has an outage, than their politicians after raising their taxes. Death and taxes are certain but, fun and sex is only now.
