When I open Legend, it only shows down to pennant. How do I see the whole thing.
What's the circles that look like a rifle scope reticule.

AA battery fields. You can go there and man a 88. Though the chance of actually achieving something are pretty low, a prospective city or HQ raider can simply opt not to overfly it. And with no aiming aids, the chances of hitting someone flying at 25K or above and 5 miles away are miniscule...
