How do you tell a large Vehicle base from a small on the map. All look the same. There should be a way to tell the difference.

Recon flight.   :D

Check each field offline and mark your map for a tactical advantage.   :aok

Don't have time for recon flight, time to valuable. Planes are gas-ed, troops are ready, bombs been loaded, High Command is nervous. NO TIME I TELL YOU, NO TIME. :bhead

Runway on small is asphalt while the one on the large is light colored clay and down between two rows of trees.

That is good if you are flying over the base, but what about looking on the map. Just like different size airfields have different icon's, it should be the same with V Bases.

At some point I want to put together a reference sheet stating what vehicle fields on which maps are what size.

I am talking about looking at the map icons. The different airfields have different icons according to size. Would like to see the same for Vehicle bases.

The smallest V-fields has, as said, no radar so just look at the map and see if there is a dar ring around the base.
