CTD
« on: October 04, 2016, 06:19:04 PM »
Using the DX11 version I had the screen lock up and then the game crashed to the desktop, but I was able to log back on and continue the flight. Not sure if it matters but this happened shortly after shooting down one of a formation of bombers.

Data dump is attached.

I seem to get them when bombers are around also.  Usually after shooting them

Well my first CDT was after I strafed a set of B-24s, but was a bit earlier before the crash. I was aroun JimmD when he shot that bomber, not close but in Icon range. HMMM? Could be maybe a bomber thing?

The CTD dump information file is in the temp folder of your AHIII folder. It has a ".dmp" extension and is quite big, so zip it before attaching it to a post.

In case it matters, the bomber I shot down just before my CTD was a B-17. I shot down three Lancs and another B-17 on that flight without a problem though.

CTD killing B-17s.

Video is here--   Warning--language after crash may not be acceptable to most:)

Everything else was fine for the rest of the evening...before and after.

Only way for me to get control of my computer back was to log out via task manager.

I'd just taken off in a heavy P-51D when I CTD'd.  Attachment included.  Thank you for helping us help you troubleshoot this.
