That is true. The only difference this time is they are not targeting a site but instead dns servers. This in turn affects a lot of sites.

I was with Sprint, and last 2 years Verizon , crooks big time, bloodsuckers they'll rip  you off, never had phone bill below 300$/month; I got 1300$ roaming bill, i forgot to turn off data for few hours after entering in Canada;
 I switched to T-mobile last year, huge difference, unlimited voice, text and data Canada-USA-Mexico and most of Europe, actually covers 140 countries !  2 phone /#, for about 136$/month.

I'm just talking about dsl. My cell is through my job. But Verizon's site said over 30% of customers without internet and over 45% no cell service.
