Figured out the problem was that I was viewing the page using Safari on my Iphone 6S Plus - apparently it was not properly loading the page to show the Member Login button. Google Chrome on my desktop works like a charm.

Worked for me in Chrome.

I had trouble in Firefox, but my Firefox also has some additional security widgets (so could be that).
