Frame Drops in most recent update

Hello.  I am experiencing frequent frame rate drops and stuttering since the latest update (as of 9:46p ET 11/2/2016)  I have never had problems before and my graphics settings have not changed in Nvidia or on AH3.  I noticed the recent update fixed some VR issues, could this have caused other unintended issues? Thanks

Do you need to hear sound out of your television speakers?  If not, disable the NVidia audio driver.  It WILL cause issues.

Has Windows 10 updated itself with the anniversary edition yet?  There are wide scale reports, for many games, dealing with frame rate/stutters/freezes/pauses/crashes since the anniversary update went out.

Would that be 'NVIDIA High Definition Audio' in Device Manager?

And no, I have refused to download the anniversary edition until it's fixed.
