Version 5 attached.  I have added an arena set up section so decided to start a new thread.  All comments welcome.

This is a pdf of the mission editor help contents from AHII.  Use it with caution since some things have changed particularly in navigating through the editor and how the mouse controls the process.  However, it does explain some of the things I did not cover in my documentation and most of it is still applicable.

Just found a 2014 copy on an old hard drive.  Could not get it to convert the file from HTML windows help file to PDF or word doc.  I could print it out, but without the diagrams/visual aids

Just a note to remind everyone that the above version 5 is the latest staged mission documentation I have posted.  I noticed there were many more downloads of the version 4.  Have a great Christmas!

    Hey mustng2...Happy New Year!  I just got into AHIII again after a long break and just downloaded your tutorial. Good work and thanks for the effort.

    I have enjoyed your missions and also the in air spawn "1v1betaspit.res" mission I downloaded from the game.  I don't think that is one of yours' but I would like to edit it to be able to swap out the Spit for other fighters. So, I was hoping someone can make the .mis file available for editing. If not, do you have a similar 1v1 mission you can post the .mis file for?

Here are three 1v1 missions.  Let me know if you have any problems changing aircraft.  I think the spit mission was one of mine, but did not find the .mis file.

Thanks mustang2.  I have the 51v51 .mis and will try it later.

Here is an in air spawn, 2v2 Yak3s v Bf109-Ks in the dueling terrain if anyone cares to try it.

Mustang, do you know if anyone has an AH3 tutorial for making offline missions on YouTube?    and TYVM for the PDF tutorial too!

I do not know of a video tutorial for the new editor and I think the older ones may be lost also.  Let me know if you need help with the basics or any changes I can make to the current documentation I have posted.
