Nuke it from orbit.

"It's the only way to be sure..."

I prefer terrains that have a real-world, realistic look to them.

I like it.  It's different.  It has different challenges.  I've found good fights in there as much as any map.

If you don't want to get shot down by the auto ack, don't fly in to it.   You know it is there, don't be so desperate for that kill that you follow a guy in to it.

Every map is different, it keeps the game fresh and exciting.  Even if we had one perfect map, the same one all the time would get boring.

HiTech made it, I reckon they where trying to create a somewhat different fighting experience, force folks in to having to fly differently.
It may not have been a total success but I take my hat off to them for trying something different, maybe its a step in the right direction with lessons to be learnt.
Im not a fan but maybe there are some good points worth taking forward and maybe a few things could be dropped....
lets hope they are working on more maps...

I don't mind it.
It's like any map we have it is what you make of it.

Agreed.

Honestly not a big fan cause no one should be able to immediately spawn in and hit others strats.. With that being said I still have no problem finding fights and I do appreciate the time work and effort it took to make it.. As long as friends are green and bad guys are red I'm good with any map

Honestly, from a noob?
Any map that looks like it came off a 7yo's Spirograph does not enthuse me at all!

Although I realize there may be reasons for this map pattern, that I do not yet fully comprehend.

Nevertheless, to me, it is aesthetically displeasing, offends my sense of realism, from the gitgo.

I guess that would be a NO vote.

I've been here a long time and I am in this crowd too.  Not to say others are wrong, or minimize the obvious work that went into building this terrain.  I do appreciate the effort, however I would just prefer a more real-world looking terrain.

might be wrong but the thinking behind it might have been to promote some action either defending or attacking them rather than sat behind the lines gathering dust.   Is quite fun to drive around them hunting gvs.

I have to say I don't mind it.  I can see where they were trying to go with directing the flow of the combat but it needs 1 or 2 extra GV spawns added so that a team down on it's knees has a chance to get some of their key bases back.   The community didn't take to the "capture order" idea so putting bases at random alts is a way of pushing the fight in one direction or another.   Just we have had the sandbox all these years to do as we please.

Maybe the middle area is too congested and the cv canyons totally un-realistic but you wanted new maps and whoever put the time and effort in deserves some thanks.

Oh and bring back baltic that was a nice small map  :aok

Can't stand this map. Makes me feel like I'm playing an arcade game. I like some sort of realism in a sim but this map is as far from that as you can get.

I like it but it could use some more creative PT boat spawns.

Really......every map could benefit from more pt spawns and shore batteries.
