seat position while in Oculus

Got my Oculus back today - but for some reason now my seat position is waaay off when in cockpit.  I'm too close and too low in my seat. How do I adjust this?

center your view  (ctrl + F4 I think) and if that doesn't fix it then go ahead and move to the position you want it at and hit F10 to save the position.
