I had been thinking of changing the m3 load out to something less then 10
7 would be fun.

This would tend to slow down how fast maps get flipped, or turn more guys into buddies showing up in M3 pairs.

When 1 = # Troops to kill a map room

C47 = 1
Studebaker truck = 1
M3 = 0.6

Jeep = 0.3

It's less complicated for Hitech than trying to control human beings with complex formulas to force participation down x\or rabbit holes. Hitech already proved when he makes something complex players stop using it or taking part in the process.

Certainly would like to see the viability of the C47 a bit more over the M3... Let alone the german troop carrier!  (put 20 troops in the german unit, and reduce the M3 to say 5 or 7 troops)

Either way, the M3 as it stands now, is the only effective way to capture a base with and without some decent teamwork/timing on a base take.

That's not the intent, what you are asking would also change the c47. I was just thinking of making it advantageous to use the 47 vs an m3.

+1 on communication and cooperation, and -1 on troop increase.

Ok so looking at all the replies ,
lets take 5 troops out of m3 and put them in c47
so we will have m3 with 5 troops (bcuz they are more sneaky)
and c47s with 15 troops , so they get be used more often and add an other dimension to the defenders problems :) (either spot them early and prevent troop drop , or chase after 15 troops on chute or running...)
please note that usally m3 can drive up to maproom and let the troops run which is giving a very very short time to react for defenders once the troops are released next to or really near to the map room , where as c47 ( even it lands close by to maproom) troops has a lot more exposure until they reach to the maproom (time spend on chute + time spend running to maproom)...

-1. Just having 10 troops in the goon will make it used more often.

I like the idea of perhaps 8 troops in the M3, 12 or 13 in the C47, 10 in the German thingy with rockets..., and 3 in the jeep.

So if you're on the ground, you would need a minimum of a M3 and a Jeep to take a base.

And there are times you can have 10 M3s and never take a base.

But I am definitely for the M3 troop number to change.

Give the Goon 12 to 15.    That gives it a slight edge over the M3.
