Anyone using this yet? It appears to be an upgraded version of the X55, with Military grade components? :headscratch:

I have an X55 that I am very happy with. However I have a button on the throttle that does not always work. Looking on Youtube, there appears to be an issue with the cabling in the throttle that contributes to this problem. Hoping the X56 has addressed this design flaw.

I use one. I like the layout of the x55 and x56. I just use the throttle though. I highly recommend buying a replacement plan though. I seem to only get a year or so use out of them. I have had 3 x55 so far. I disassembled  one of the throttles to inspect and it seems the insulation on the wires becomes brittle and cracks and leaves the wires exposed. I
I have only had the x56 for a couple of months so I will see how it lasts in time. As far as the differences between the two I see none other than cosmetic and it seems they pack more of the grease like substance on the inside of the x56.

I hope after Logitechs acquisition of Saitex they will put out an improved product line. The rotary potentiometer on the throttle is what I'm looking for. My X-52 is showing its age, I held off updating because of the poor reviews.
