VOX range?

What is the range of RANGE?  I seem to remember it is 4000 yards.  Is that right?

I can't remember exactly.  I believe it is just outside 6K.  Seems if you can see them you can talk to them.  I then keep checking local (range) when I see their dot and they are gone shortly.

Not sure exactly.

It is just outside of icon range. Usually you can talk to them for a few seconds outside of icon before your out of range.
