So have I... Sorta. Was 13 when I started. Now 26. I don't know what id do without Aces High. Love this game that much. That's why I constantly gripe about map improvements and fighter action. I know a lot about the fighter combat in AH and just want to make it better.

Congrats HTC, glad this game is still around for sure!

and as a constellation prize they are shutting down the servers for good after 18 years.

I guess the brainchild has assumed its adulthood and is now on the road in search of better servers and hopefully a data center where it can raise its programs and eventually trigger war with its creators leading to the end of human civilization.

I suggest we start building battlestars now while we still can with old school electronics and anything WWII like to keep the AH Ai which is now a legal adult from penetrating our defenses and taking over the whole galaxies.

I used to play on my dads account, I was 8 years old when he first subscribed to the game. I wasn't allowed to talk, because I was a squeaker, and everyone was pretty rough on squeakers. Anyone remember Gunnit222 or something like that? Sheesh. Well once the squad I flew with figured out I was a squeaker a hence became Junior, thanks to NAVCAD, FTroop, HC43S, Cougher, Killmore, I sadly can't remember the names of some of my very first Aces High friends makes me kinda sad.

Many Congratulations to all at HTC on 18 years!   :x

Time really does fly when you're having fun, and I've around most of those 18 years - at first playing both AH and AW, then switching permanently after the demise of AW.

I feel privileged to have met some of you in person at the conventions of 2003 & 2004 when I made the trip across the pond to be there, with help from some extremely generous friends for the first one in particular.

Long may Hitech Creations continue!   :aok   :salute
