Thanks to Lyric1 for finding me the info for this skin.

This Yak-3 was flown by Senior Lieutenant Valentin Yerminhov of the 402nd Regiment. Yerminhov flew 137 night bomber sorties in a U-2 biplane before switching to fighters in July 1944. With the 402nd he flew 146 combat sorties with the Yak-1 and later the Yak-3, ending the war with 9 kills.
