The Vehicle Spawn from A14 to V9 in NE, yet the arrow points to the SW. The SW spawn from A14 goes to the city strat and the SE spawn goes to the Radar strat. There is no spawn to the NE of A14, but it sends you to V9 (which is located to the SW of A14). However, when you spawn into V9 using the NE Spawn from A14, your tank is pointing to the NE (opposite direction of the base itself. I would take a look at this and maybe add a S spawn.
