What are minimum VR requirements and what's the best bang for the buck VR system out there?

Personally i'd go with the geforce gtx 1070 as a min for the graphics card in aces high and a quad core cpu that's around 3.5Ghz or higher.
best bang for the buck? idk that requires shopping.
