Game down due to weather in Texas?

Is the game down due to weather in Texas? I get message "unable to connect to game manager"

RV I got the same message.  HT was on a couple hours ago and said that it wasn't raining in his area yet.  That doesn't mean that his servers are in Grapevine.  I don't know where they are located.

But I do know that Harvey will be cutting a wide swath through Texas.  Hope all in Texas area are, and will be OK.

I thought they had moved their server cluster further inland at some point years back to avoid hurricanes, flooding, etc. I could be wrong but I seem to recall a news article about that.

I just reported in the tech sup forum this issue.  there are others playing the game I just can not seem to connect.

Krusty I've been watching on the Weather Channel.  The winds from this Hurricane are far reaching.  Could simply be a power problem that simply can't be fixed because of the weather.

I do hope this is not the case.  It will be what mother nature dictates.  Thinking also that some of us will not be able to get to the servers because of the weather.  Our routes to the server

may be down also.  Who knows? <shrugz>.

Must be in a station somewhere on the way to Grapevine because just checked weather there and it is 80 degrees and only a 11 mph wind.

Today might be worse for the long term, first weekend on steam and we already saw a lot of new players in the arena. This is kinda the big weekend when it still shows high on the free to play new game on steam..
