Fw 190A-8 Jg 11

Fw 190A-8 operated by 3./Jg 11 from   Rotenburg, Germany in the spring of 1944. Pilot unknown.

This aircraft features the standard gray camouflage colors of RLM 74 and 75 over 76. All markings are yellow for various purposes: tactical numbers to signify an aircraft from 3rd Staffel, lower cowl for IFF, and tail band as JG 11's Reich Defense color. The emblem of 3./Jg 11, a flintlock pistol over a heart, was painted on both sides of the cowl.
