I wish we could set up customs arenas with trainers for new players. We would announce a "New Players Clinic" at certain times.
We would have to recruit some additional "junior trainers" to help out the new players. They would have to be able to assist players using a mouse as well as whatever other game controllers players use. We would need some pre-written text messages that the trainer could trigger that would explain parts of the game.
After some introduction, the trainer would guide the new players through some fundamentals of the game, and then set up a game of tag, or a simple furball between two teams. Run the game for an hour or two to help introduce new players to Aces High.
Having a New Players Clinic could help new players get up the first part of the learning curve, and get them hooked on the game.

I am not nearly good enough to be part of the Training Team, but I would volunteer as a "Junior Trainer" for something like this.
