Did you save it as a 24bit .bmp?

Did you save inside TE and restart the program?

I didn't change the file that was created as "map.bmp", just renamed and moved it.   (But opening in photoshop it is an 8 bit per channel .bmp, so seems correct.)

Did save and restart TE.

In photoshop the map is a solid light blue, in TE it is featureless black.

Under the make map setting click show terrain and grid lines. Create your map, open it in paint and save as 24 bit .bmp. Rename it to your map name and put it in your texsrc folder and save and restart TE

So, I accidentally deleted the group, "cvtg0".  How do I restore it?

Paste this into notepad and save as "cvtg0.obg.txt". Then rename to "cvtg0.obg". Put it in the ah3terr\groups folder. Or reinstall the game.

Guess I broke something.  Deleted a bunch of my test terrain files, now can't load any new ones in the game.  The new terrains show up in the list, but won't load.  Re-install the game?
