Star Trek. Most of them were well written and the stories were made mostly for single hour episodes so they never slow down. Plus there were so many more that when you came across a bad one it wasn't long until the next one came along ans washed the bad taste out of your mouth.
I still watch the original series sometimes while Im flying late at night. They are still fun to watch.
