it has been a problem in the past where people bail on a de acked field and then .45 people to death on the re arm pad.

I heard that part.  In my case I was by my own field.   Just wanted to see the action for a second.   Now I know...

Uh, that's what I was doing.   

I was an observer.  He got shot down.    I was looking down watching the fight and got shot in the chute.  I wasn't even a combatant at any point and the chute killing was a bit of a surprise. 

I was riding my chute as an observer last week and someone shot me.  I thought that was lame.
