How to upload a staged mission

I"ve created a practice mission for an upcoming event. I'd like to upload it so i can use a player created arena and bring folks in for practice.

in the mission editor i see no way to upload it.
In the staged missions area in the player created arena i also see nothing that will let me upload.

what's the process for uploading?

App in your AHIII folder ahupload   Double click on it and it will upload your file created with the mission editor   (.mis file).  See page 16 of the tutorial available in the post below

oh okay i had used that for terrain uploads and looked at it but wasn't sure. Thanks!
