Changes the color of reticle in tanks sights and Bomber sights i believe :uhoh Black/white

Map it and try it out across as many rides as you can. It works for tanks and then for some aircraft. I think in some guns it will make the HUD info dark and in some no effect at all. It definitely has no effect on the HUD in CMeye mode.
