no, i mean let add another big team in the fight.

I think Nebraska will be on the upswing.  :aok

Minnesota might be as well.  I was surprised to see Minnesota get rid of Claeys.  He was doing a good job.  Fleck looked like a good choice.  His first year there didn't go well, but it'll be interesting to see how it goes.

Wolverines wide receiver Tarik Black suffered a broken foot in practice.  He was the leading receiver when that happened to him last year early in the season and then was out for the rest of 2017.   :furious

Dam.

Last year, he looked good in what little we saw last year.

Too bad.

Hate to see any of the kids get hurt. Looking forward to real football.

Wow -- Michigan State won but got taken to the wire by Utah State.  Sparty always plays Michigan tough, though, regardless of the rest of the season.

Another game I'm looking forward to is Washington vs. Auburn.  Another couple of teams that have very tough 1st games.

And I'm looking forward to UCLA's 1st game with Michigan transfer Wilton Speight as the UCLA quarterback.  Go, Wilton!  :aok

Well.  Now I'm disappointed that Michigan isn't on Purdue's schedule this year.

Alas, the two teams I most wanted to win -- Michigan and Washington -- both lost.

There was much complaining and gnashing of teeth on Michigan message boards.

I watched the game today (as I wasn't able to watch it yesterday).

It wasn't as bad as all the complaining.  Michigan lost by one touchdown, unfortunately, but I was pretty happy with the quarterbacks and receivers, actually.

Every time Michigan loses a game, an angel gets his wings.

Thought everyone knew that.
