F77 was in a horrible motorcycle accident two years ago.

His mother kept us up to date on his condition, and it was looking quite bad for a long time.

He was in a coma for a month, and then awake but not very responsive for another month.

We fellow Aces High pilots feared he was a goner.

But, miraculously, he gained alertness over time and was eventually able to communicate with us.

He has been a bomber pilot in past scenarios, and I saw him in one frame about a year ago, but I haven't seen him around since then.

Then, last Saturday, I saw him show up in frame 2 of Pantelleria!  :aok

I was so happy to see him.  He popped in just to see things and then left before flying started.

F77, if you are out there, please feel free to join me anytime in any scenario.  You can fly with me and be my gunner whether you feel like gunning or not -- no problem.  I can still gun with another gunner in my plane, and I would be *very* happy to have you in my plane with me.

F77 If you would enjoy it, I would also like to invite you to the Allied TeamSpeak server wich the command and the GL's use during the scenario. Maybe it gives you a little more emersion.

F77 it was great flying with you in the scenario last year and I hope you can make it for the remaining frames of Pantelleria - you will be most welcome to join the rest of the bombers!  Sorry it was a bit far into the frame when you PMd me on Saturday, hope to see you around 7:30-8:00pm UK time next weekend for Frame 3!   :cheers:   :salute

Oh yes of course.... I had several people PM me during the frame, mostly wanting to know if they could fly and I had to tell them to come back next week.  Right near the start F77 asked if he could observe and I referred him to Brooke.... not sure what happened after that. 

F77 - my sincere apologies that my ageing brain (65 next Sunday lol) didn't make the association with your recent past at the time!  As Brooke said, you will be most welcome for the remaining 2 frames - we'd love you to join us, either as a pilot or maybe you would prefer to be a 'dedicated gunner' and that way able to observe the action?  :D

I also told him that I would welcome in any time in my plane.

DANG it then! When I said "You should have said something about it"...I meant, that he was a PLAYER of old! Hoping to get to know MORE of you Ole Timers, if just to say HELLO. I will give you "Benefit of the doubt"(maybe you didnt know)...only because I LOVE these scenarios and you folk really put in a HUGE service!  :rock DANG, I love you guys  :kiss:
