Those sorties are fun once in awhile.  Gets tense when you get into hairy situations, knowing you have 10 kills under your belt and going for a streak.

Yeah i suppose flying it around at 15k for 4 hours buff hunting would be boring, but I rarely use it that way, nor do i see many doing it.  After awhile, people start hunting you with high fast rides, and even other 262's.

How long did it take him to do that?  Compared to grizz who had a high environmental rich targets.  These days I would think it will take longer.

It's certainly not "easy " to do.  Even if the preponderance of kills are bombers, those bombers shoot back, no matter which angle you shoot them from.  You have to kill them AND not get damaged or your run is over.  The 262 engines are pretty easy to take out too.  Killing fighters is a matter of getting a good angle and unleashing those 30's but if you aren't in front of them they cannot shoot you.  You've also got to land at a base a bit away so those who saw you can't vulch you while you re-arm.  It's definitely NOT easy or you would see everyone do it.

I don't think we will ever see the record break kills landed anymore. It's just too difficult to not have a uber vet hunting you after a couple rearms.  Also HT took the resuply for wep and so planes like the tempest are not able to come back to full strength.

I really wanted to break my record but that's just not going to happen.
