How do you fire the guns from the periscope view?

Last time I checked, you could not move it but was able to shoot straight back. Was it changed? The bandit has to be right on your six.

You may be able to shoot from the periscope but you definitely can't maneuver at all.

YUP! was almost funny! Corn Hole would fly by you, then before you could get off a shot

Hard to have hard feelings over that. Got to appreciate UBER skills! Any one know why he isnt on off late?
