Can't get gvs out of first gear

I have tried to re-map controls with no positive results.  Any suggestions?  The vehicle starts and Moves up to eight -10 miles per hour.  Something new and strange the twist stick works on turning the gv

if 5he rudder input has ANY input to the game they won't shift. add some dead band to the rudder axis

I deleted rudder input and that solved the problem.  What I don't understand is how without any input it would suddenly change

as your stick ages it will get sloppy. you can see it by selecting the axis and just tapping the stick. the numbers will jump allover the place. adding a bit of dead band will clear it up. no need to delete the input. sometimes just recalibrating it will clear it up too
