can i change my windows 7 home edition

according to the factory installed software this computer or rather the factory installed software is 08/08/2011
I'm assuming that's when the computer was built.

when I added the GTX670 video card I also added a 750 watt power supply.

You should be able to do that, Home premium to Home. I've updated/upgraded a few years older than that without major issues. All motherboard drivers may not be available for Win10 so some loss of efficiency can be expected. Nothing major, though. Do a clean install on a fresh SSD and you'll be surprised about the speed.

You're about right about the build year. The CPU was launched Q3/11 so the software date matches.
