 Bf 109 F-4 ‘Yellow 4’ of 9./JG 3 ‘Udet’ flown by fighter ace Ofw. Eberhard von Boremski. Photographed in early May 1942, possibly during the unit’s refit in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim, Germany, shortly before it was transferred back to the Eastern Front.
