Tank radar missing

I recently purchased a new computer and everything works as normal, but for some reason my radar won't show the quadrant an enemy tank is in.  I get no tank radar.  I cannot find a setting although a I have a player swear he saw it somewhere.  I'm thinking reinstall unless such a setting exists.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

Do you mean "Vehicle Sector" which can be found by right clicking the clipboard map?
