Finally fully solved...FLS thanks for the help...it was your ideas that got it sorted ( when I get frustrated my thought process isn't the best...lol. and this whole computer build was a nightmare as I have been out of it for awhile...didnt realize ryzen processors cant handle 32g of 3200mhz memory...talk about crash city!!!). What I found....if you turn off freesync in the driver it doesn't always turn off or stay off, and freesync (after a bunch of googling...I cant believe that is an actual word now...lol) doesn't like multiple monitors. Went into each monitors built in menu and physically turned off freesync on each one. Now everything is running smooth. So if anyone running an AMD gpu, with multiple monitors is having crashing and fickering issues, turn off freesync on the monitors them self. I would like to Thank Dale ( HiTech) as well for helping
