Some kind of conflict with Thrustmaster Warthog throttle
« on: March 15, 2020, 08:35:05 AM »
When I'm in game, if I reduce my right hand throttle to less than max but more than minimum, my game sounds quit, until I press a coms button, either range or channel(different buttons on the throttle). I've tried moving the coms buttons and setting them to nothing, andit still cuts out sound? Any ideas/solutions?

Did you check the throttle assignments?

Yep, FLS, I sure did. I calibrated in game and out, also.

I would rename the throttleHotasWarthog.jsm (not sure what it is labeled as) file in the settings folder of the game. Start the game and it will add a completely "default" version of the file. Check to see if it is still happening.

If not, you know there is an issue with the jsm file. You can either reprogram  the throttle in game or add back bits and pieces of the file until you find the section that is causing the issue.

If it IS still happening then your looking at a strange problem.

I would also try setting the other throttle to engine 1 with nothing assigned to the right hand throttle just for troubleshooting.

I was seeing similar problems with my new MFC peddles.

Select the controller and scroll down the entire list looking for mapped "buttons". I had 'fire' and a look up view showing as mapped to buttons and it drove me nuts every time the peddles maxed right or left and activate button like functions.

Easy in-game again.
